Refund Policy

At Sarah Wes Studio, every program is created with deep care and intention. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

Digital Products — No Refunds

All products sold through Sarah Wes Studio are digital products — including video programs, movement collections, and downloadable materials. Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once a purchase has been made and access has been granted.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you have read this policy and understand that no refunds will be issued for digital products.

Exceptions

We will consider a refund or exchange only in the following circumstances:

— You were charged more than once for the same product due to a technical error.
— You did not receive access to your purchase within 48 hours and our support team was unable to resolve the issue.

In these cases, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase at hello@sarahwes.com and we will do our best to make it right.

Before You Buy

We encourage you to read all program descriptions carefully and reach out with any questions before purchasing. We are happy to help you decide whether a program is the right fit for you.

Chargebacks

If a chargeback is filed with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us, we reserve the right to dispute the claim and provide evidence of purchase and digital access. We always prefer to resolve concerns directly and kindly.

Access & Lifetime Use

All programs come with lifetime access — meaning you can return to your purchase whenever you need, at no additional cost. There are no subscriptions or recurring fees unless explicitly stated.
